Angelina’s Mashed Potatoes and Turnip Greens

4-5 medium-sized white or yellow potatoes

1 lb bag of Little Bear turnip greens

Garlic salt, to taste

Olive oil


  1. Begin by boiling 4-5 medium-sized yellow or white potatoes until they are tender.
  2. Boil one bag of Little Bear turnip greens until they reach a tender consistency.
  3. Once the potatoes are cooked, mash them in a bowl.
  4. Add the cooked turnip greens to the mashed potatoes.
  5. Season the mixture with garlic salt to taste.
  6. In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté the potato and turnip green mixture until well combined and heated through.
